The Process, Not the Project – Rachel Oxborough

Today on the Creatively Christian podcast is an artist and the newest host for Creatively Christian Rachel Oxborough, interviewed by Andrea Sandefur. Rachel, who is training as an Art Psychotherapist, discusses using art in pursuit of mental wellbeing. She communicates her passion for creativity, art, and play in education even when the world has stunted creativity. For Rachel, the process of creating art is more important than the project itself. Rachel Oxborough, the newest host of Creatively Christian, is a mixed media artist from the United Kingdom working toward a master's degree in Art Psychotherapy. She formerly ran an art school where they served students from ages 3 to adult. Now her work focuses on creative wellbeing courses and art projects with ColourMeIn Creative Wellbeing Project, a project she founded, which has done work for a broad range of businesses, individuals, and government clients.
